The team has no clear direction. Decisions \u2013 <strong>build or buy? Which tool? Which architecture?<\/strong> \u2013 stay open.<strong> Initiatives start. And stall.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Not just because an AI strategy is missing. The open questions stay. And who\u2019s making decisions now is unclear again.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A Fractional CTO for AI decisions isn\u2019t a visitor. He\u2019s leadership.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>He <strong>develops AI strategies, makes decisions, carries accountability,<\/strong> and <strong>guides the team<\/strong> through execution \u2013 not as an outside voice, but as an integrated part of the organization.
